For our Client, world’s leading provider of medical supplies, that has lately established a new Finance Centre in Wroclaw, we are currently looking for experienced candidates on the position of Transition Manager.
Your responsibilities will include delivering transition Project in line with recognized best practice methodology, ensuring seamless transfer of business processes from local sites to the SSC in Poland, coordinating and managing the migration process. You will manage day to day Transition project communication within all stake holders, produce relevant reports and drive change management and risk assessment. Additionally as a Transition Manager you will act as the central liaison for all transition activities, review of project proposals, identify and document.
Ideal Candidate should demonstrate very good understanding of accounting processes, several years of transition experience in the context of SSC/BPO, as well as excellent communication (very good knowledge of English and other Eastern European language is a must) and project management skills. A strong customer focus, problem solving and organization skills are essential to be successful on this position. Also, very high attention to details combined with proactive and positive attitude would be very beneficial.
