Our Client is a global medical company, operating in multiple countries on 6 continents.
On behalf of the company wee are looking to recruit Transformation Managerto it's Business Services centre in Wrocław.
Your next role:
You will be a leader and the driver of the change (from organisational and IT perspective) in the Purchase-To-Pay process across all locations (70 production sites). You will be expected to investigate and diagnose risk and inefficiencies both in the Purchasing/Sourcing, as well as the GBS environment.
We expect from you to collaborate effectively and act as a change agent in the Transformation Projects, lasting with stakeholders and decision-makers in complex, decentralise environment.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role you need to have at least 5-years of experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain and project management. You should have strong understanding of Purchasing and Accounts Payable process as well as the ability to conduct process assessment/mapping, define as-is and to-be process and design the roadmap.
Excellent leadership skills with high ability to influence and motivate others is a key to success here.
This role will require business travels approx. 30% (in the first phase travels across Europe).
