On behalf of our Client, international BPO company in Tricity, we are currently recruiting for the position of Training Manager.
Your new role
Training Manager will be responsible for supporting implementation of training strategy by preparing and executing monthly training calendar and effective management of trainings for all employees (both specialists and managers). He or she will prepare and report training metrics, coordinate trainings delivered by internal trainers and company events. Furthermore, the role holder will be cooperating with external vendors on training programs and language classes and be responsible for internal communication.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will possess a broad knowledge of trainings management skills, combined with great communication skills. You should be a people-oriented person who focuses on finding and delivering win-win solutions. You should also be capable of managing projects and executing operational tasks. Fluent English is a must.
