As a result of continued growth, the company is looking for an experienced candidate for the newly created position of Training Manager, who will be responsible for driving the implementation of HR training policy processes.

As a result of continued growth, the company is looking for an experienced candidate for the newly created position of Training Manager, who will be responsible for driving the implementation of HR training policy processes.
Description
- Expansion and implementation of development policy regarding to the training strategy of the company
- Providing and monitoring the training standards development through the Group
- Designing and performing organization training supported by the innovation solutions
- Efficiency co-operation with external providers
- Daily basis supporting the top management and collaboration with worldwide HR teams in training process area
- Adaptation to the global and local differences according to the strategy of the Group
- Providing the report and analysis in the field of standard's training
Profile
- University degree with HR related field of study
- Minimum 5 years of experience on a similar position (with a proven track record in an industrial environment
- Experience in a multinational organization required with a strong preference for experience in a production environment
- Proactive approach / self-starter
- Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization
- Communicative English required
- Good knowledge of MS Office package
- SAP experience will be an advantage
