Training & Development Specialist

At the moment we are looking for:

- Identify and assess current and future training needs with Sii director’s / process owners
- Draw an overall and individualized training and development plan that addresses need and expectations of all Sii departments
- Analyze e-learning possibilities and implement e-learning platform supporting the training strategy and organization in Sii
- Manage global training sessions in Sii
- Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness periodically
- Coordinate training budget
- Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
- University Degree
- Experience on a similar position in corporate environment
- Proactive approach / self-starter
- Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization
- Ability to work independently
- Very good English skills
- Experience with e-learning platform would be an asset
- Interesting projects focused on new technologies and realized within different client’s sectors (banking, telco, pharma)
