THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional FMCG and Food organization, based in Zuid-Holland Netherlands.
One of the largest companies in the Food Industry in the Netherlands is currently looking for a hands on TPM coordinator. The company has several locations in the Netherlands and internationally well known. The company is focused on the Operational Excellence. The company is not looking for a TPM consultant but a change manager with a hands on mindset.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The TPM coordinator is responsible for the efficiency of the operations of the company. Analyzing and improving processes are the main focus of this position. The TPM coordinator is a critical eye to look for continuous improvement when it comes to maintenance and engineering. The TPM coordinator has experience in the production in the food industry and has knowledge of the processes, maintenance and engineering within production.
People management skills are required. The TPM coordinator is responsible for coaching and motivating specialist to continuously improve, with a hands on mindset. You are able to compose a team and have experience in leading larger departments/locations (minimum 150FTE). Strong communication skills are required. You can easily switch between different departments of the company and are part of the MT.

-Challenge team to improve SOP
REQUIREMENTS
-Practically focussed (work processes)
-Knowledge of maintenance and engineering
-Coaching and motivating a team to improve performances
-Communication skills
-Experience with continuous improvement
-University degree
-Six Sigma Black Belt
-Experience with leading +150FTE
-Not a TPM Consultant but a Change Manager
