Creating, leading and delivery of efficient Testing Services across multiple IT operational systems ensuring high standards of quality throughout the process
Developing and leading of a test capability to undertake Integration testing across multiple supplier developments
Creating an automated regression capability to ensure the continued stability and quality of core functionality stacks
Creating test strategies and overseeing the planning and execution of testing to ensure delivery of quality solutions
Developing key testing metrics and measures with suppliers and internal teams to track continued improvement.
Co-ordinate activities with in-country IT and business teams to prepare them & their users for change and be willing to travel overseas as required
Requirements:
Degree or equivalent level of qualification, preferably in an IT-related discipline
Minimum 2 years experience in managing the test teams in matrix organization
Several years of experience in leading testing of multiple changes in a complex environment, ideally operating in an international environment
Experience in Agile/incremental delivery testing practices and processes
Experience in automated testing tool implementation and utilization
