ROLE DESCRIPTION
You are the person that knows everything about bakery ingredients. In this role you're part of the R&D team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Testing products in the Baking Technology Centre
- Initiating new product-concept introductions
- Advising clients with technical support
- Improving bread applications
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor or Master in food technology bakery
- Fluent in English
- Experience in the bakery industry
- Preferably with enzymes and additives
- 3-5 years of experience in the industry
