ROLE DESCRIPTION
Temperature Control Manager EMEA, 6 months contract (full time), start asap
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Temperature Control Manager EMEA:
- Identifies and deploys optimal solutions that address the storage and distribution temperature needs of the EMEA Region.
- Develops standards to meet compliance and EU GDP regulations.
- Identifies and incorporates new guidelines and regulations in collaboration with Compliance & Global Temperature Control COE.
- Leverages solutions across sectors and regions as applicable.
- Interacts with manufacturing and R&D (in OTC and Pharm) to properly include all distribution and transportation requirements in the new product design/launch processes.
- Develops/implements qualification and validation guidelines and standards for temperature solutions in coordination with the Global Temperature Control COE.
- Ensures consistency and interpretation of temperature requirements.
- Assists in the Development of strategy to optimize the portfolio of current and future temperature solutions.
- Develops and maintains strong collaborative relationships with all distribution site managers, transportation team and quality owners.
- Interacts with various regional members to provide consistency in approach towards temperature control matters.
- Proactively drive ongoing improvements to the business processes and systems in support of key business objectives.
- Engage 3rd party subject matter experts as required to support studies, strategies and data analysis.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Engineering/Supply Chain
- Thorough understanding of Supply Chain processes
- Experience in Temperature Control, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry with GDP regulations
- Min. 7 years professional experience
- Experience in improvement projects
