With over 55 dedicated emerging technologies ‘Centers of Excellence’ , they are able to harness the latest technology for delivering business capability to their clients.
This role is part of a regional support team for an audio/video company offering support to customers from European countries.
Your responsibilities will involve solving technical orientated aspects where good troubleshooting skills are required. Therefore, the ability to think out of the box is preferred.
You will also be facilitating non-technical inquiries related to E-commerce, tracking online orders and managing the return orders of the products from customer.
To succeed in this role you should have a customer service orientation and the ability to work in a team. Also, the ability to handle requests from different countries in Europe (Voice & Email) will be highly appreciated.
In addition, if you have experience with any home/consumer audio/video products and 1 to 2 years of work experience in a shared service centre, you will definitely be a winner!
Fluent communication skills (written and spoken) in English and Dutch are mandatory.
