Requirements:
Educated to Degree level
1 year of experience on similar position
very good command of one of the following languages:
Italian/Swedish/Danish/Norwegian/Russian/Greek/Finnish/Dutch
Strong Customer Handling skills
Good team player skills
Motivation and flexibility for shift work
excellent communication skills
