On behalf of our Client, leading International Technology Company based in Krakow, we are currently looking for candidates interested in full-time employment as Multilingual Technical Support Engineers .
While workingon this position you will be responsible for providing front-end technical supportto customers, managing technical requests, providing solutions to most product usability and functionality questions using telephone and web-based solutions, setting prioritiesof customer issues and recommend solutions to problems, updating existing technical documents and delivering high quality serviceto clients.
Successful Candidatesmust have working knowledge of Englishand be fluent in one of the following languages: French, Italian, German, Portuguese or Spanish. Also, it is required to hold one or two years of experience in IT field with similar responsibilities, ability to solve problems independentlyand strong client facing skills. College degree or course in Computer Science related discipline would be a strong asset.
