For our client : the only independant car manufacturer in the Netherlands we are looking for:
Technical Operator
Within this position you are responsible for:
- The first line maintenance of the high-tech installations in the Bodyshop, such as the cleaning and inspection of the equipment by abnormalities;
- You're the one who ensures that the installations keep working and get fired up and be stopped in the right way;
- In the event of minor faults in the production you're the first person to overcome these minor faults;
- In the event of major disruptions in the production (> 5min) you're the first person to escalate to the appropriate colleagues (Maintenance Department).
What are your main tasks as Technical Operator?
- Become familiar with the entire process within your area of responsibility;
- Assessing the quality of the product changes before starting the production process;
- Adjusting robot positions if this should be done to improve the quality;
- Responsible for a good analysis of the problem, and also clearly communicate this to his or her colleagues;
- After faults manually resetting the robots and molds to their initial position so that production can be resumed;
- Tracking and use of various maintenance, quality, troubleshooting and log changes;
- Submission of proposals for improvement in terms of quality, maintenance, occupational health and environmental control, workplace design, delivery performance and cost efficiency;
- Manage materials, tools and parts on the line;
- Sporadic conducting production activities.
Wymagania
What to bring as a Technical Operator?
Passion for technology is for us on spot one. We are looking for someone with:
- A proactive attitude, a service driven mindset, which is also resistant to stress and has good communication skills;
- A peer team player with a hands-on mentality.
Furthermore, we expect that you:
- In possession of a intermediate vocational education diploma, for example Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or equivalent (affinity for technology);
- You have Analytical thinking;
- You're Proactive, you do not wait but takes action;
- Have high sense of responsibility;
- You're Willing to work in shifts;
- Affinity with Mechanical work;
- Experience with automation technology, is a plus;
- If you can work with the following supporting techniques: Ishikawa, Why Why Why Analysis, 4M, Kaizen, TPM this is a big plus.
