Job description:
You will report to the General Manager and your main duties will be:
- Coordination for the different stages of projects and constructions, including the planning
- Review and check the necessaries infrastructures and installations for the development of the project
- Management of budget
- Coordination and monitoring of the licenses applications forms
- Contact, follow up and negotiations with Suppliers, Service providers and Subcontractors
- Ensuring compliance with the economic objectives, deadlines and qualities
- Management of a team of several Project Managers and Engineers

Requirements:
- Technical Master Degree (Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction)
- 7-10 years experience as Project Manager or Technical Director
- Experience in residential and office
- Very good knowledge of construction law
- Excellent communications skills
- High level of professionalism
- Fluency in English and Polish
