THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Gelderland Netherlands.
The organization is mid-sized with approximately 250 employees. The main focus of the company is on food ingredients.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Manager of the Technical Department, you’re in charge of shift teams with multidisciplinary engineers and are responsible for the planning and execution of maintenance and reparation tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will analyze and keep up with documentation regarding the functioning of machines at the plant.
- You’ll give advice concerning technical optimizations and new or the replacement of machines and equipment.
- You will plan, prepare and execute reparation and maintenance tasks.
- You are responsible for the design of a new preventive maintenance plan.
- You will contribute to optimization and standardization of the production process.
REQUIREMENTS
- Intermediate Technical Diploma
- 3 years of experience with working in the Food Industry
- VCA-VOL
- Dutch communication (speaking/writing)
