Our Client is a well known international developer. On behalf of our Client we are currently searching for a Technical Department Assistant .
Technical Department Assistant will assist to Project Manager and Head of Technical Department and you will have a full responsibility for saving all project documents on the database and updating on a regular basis. In your scope of responsibilities will be also preparation and management of all needed powers of attorney for project teams and to support them with management of invoices in a system.
The successful Candidate will have a university technical education and will have min. 2 years of experience on a site (in general contracting company or from the developer side). The Candidate should also demonstrate an experience with building procedures and have an ability to manage several requirements in a short time with an excellent organization. On this position also important is an ability to work under time pressure and to have good communicational skills. Fluent English is a must.
