Responsibilities:

• Answering telephone calls (in Polish and English)
• Answering questions regarding business cooperation
• Maintaining positive relations with Clients
• Cooperation with product helpline
• Monitoring of e-mail correspondence
• Handling of paper correspondence


Requirements:

• Fluent knowledge of Polish (native/C2)
• Very good knowledge of English language (B2/C1)
• Highly developed Customer Service skills
• Open minded and motivated for self-development
• Task and results oriented
• Very good communication skills
