On behalf of our client, a financial services company that is currently setting up a Shared Service Centre in the very heart of Warsaw’s city centre, we are looking for experienced Team Leaders with solid people management experience in a finance or customer service environment and very good German language skills.
The Team Leader will be responsible for the management, organization and coordination of the day to day work of the team of up to 15 employees in client-facing business. He/She will provide supervisory responsibilities for the team including hiring, training, mentoring, employee evaluations, development and corrective action. The chosen candidate will ensure that processes and policies are carried out to ensure efficiency in day to day work, and communicate directives received from the Head of department to the team and report performance trend back to manager. Last but not least, he/she will challenge current methods of service delivery and identify, recommend and implement improvements.
Our client is interested in applications from experienced and effective team leaders with a track record in finance or customer service processes and 2 years of experience in people management in an SSC or BPO, supporting international clients. Knowledge of German and English is essential.
