User Operations Team Lead
On behalf of our Client, a consulting company, we are currently looking for an ambitious candidate to join their new team providing services for social media. If you see yourself working in multinational environment for the world’s leader who creates professionals of its employees, this position is exactly for you.
A successful candidate will be responsible for developing team schedules and performance requirements, overseeing and managing a team within User Operations. By keeping all Company’s procedures and regulations, Candidate’s aim is to identify improvement opportunities in work-flow and/or team structures and opportunities to improve user experience and communicate to delivery lead and Client teams as well as suggest solutions. You will also provide effective and professional service to supported Clients and serve asa leader within the team.
To work effectively on this position, you should be a graduate with 3-6 years of working experience (preferably with 2 years of domain knowledge). Preferred candidate is also fluent in EnglishAND Turkishor Arabic. Passion for learning, creative problem-solving and proven track record of success in previous work experience will be seen a strong asset. If you are a quick learner with proven ability to grow and lead a team, who have excellent oral and written communication skills, strong computer skills, strong knowledge of cultural context in the user countries supported and analytical frame of mind, don’t waste this opportunity.
