A Swiss based luxury, jewellery, consumer brand, which is establishing its Global Business Service Center in Tricity, is currently looking for Team Leader (Purchase To Pay).
Your new role
As a part of Purchase To Pay Department you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and compliant P2P process for all goods and services. You will supervise a team of 4 Buyers, act as escalation point for incidents/requests, prepare daily performance reviews as well as ensure that defined level of service is reached.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this role should possess at least 5-years’ experience in Purchase To Pay department and preferably BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration. Solid understanding of operational procurement processes and systems (SAP, Ariba) as well as strong leadership and communication skills. Fluent in English speaking and writing is a must, German would be an asset.
