Our client is a professional Healthcare organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.
The client is an international player in the healthcare industry and delivers a broad range of innovative therapies.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Team Lead .NET developer you have a leading role in the development of new software and the further development of existing software. You will work together with a team of 10 developers in house and you give guidance to an external development team. You will discuss the projects with the Software Development Manager, with the aim to develop software that meets all the different customer needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Product owner for an intern scrum team, coordination of the team, guidance, focus
- Responsible for effective relationships with technical staff and business users
- Specifying of the system requirements
- Conducting risk management
- Determining the system architecture
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor in Computer Science or equivalent
- Strong communicator, fluent in both Dutch and English
- 8+ years experience in .NET design, development and application architecture
- 3+ years experience as Lead Developer
- Knowledge and experience with C#, and MVC is a strong plus
- Working experience with Agile/ Scrum and traditional software development technologies
- Experience with middleware and system integration
