Time and Expense Associate with Italian
Essential Functions of the Job:
- Process of all expense reports assigned in accordance with documented procedure
- Provide recommendations for any changes required to Expense audit procedures
- Adhere to the efficiency, quality and business conduct parameters
- Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- The role holder is required to understand and administer the expectations from internal and external accounting standards and statutory requirements
T&E Associate with Italian
Work place: WrocławKnowledge and Skills Requirements:
- Very good knowledge of Italian and good English
- Bachelor degree in finance or other business related major is an asset
- Be accountable and take ownership for the tasks entrusted to the role holder
- Ability to successfully handle multiple tasks
- Good working knowledge of computers and financial tools and software packages
- Attention to details
- Experience gained in a shared services organization is an asset
