For one of our Clients’ growing Shared Services Center located in Warsaw, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of TAX TEAM SUPERVISOR.
TAX TEAM SUPERVISORwill be responsible for managing and overseeing a team of specialists, as well as performing day to day tasks in Tax Team, covering all VAT related processes, incl. preparing and delivering timely and accurate VAT returns to Tax Authorities, performing VAT balance sheet accounts analysis, reviewing VAT registers, VAT, Intrastat and ECSL/ECPL reporting, ensuring that all transactions are processed timely, with efficiency and quality according to predefined standards and deadlines, handling queries from internal customers and Tax Authorities, and providing assistance for statutory and tax audits.
We are looking for candidates with an Academic Degree in Finance or related area, who have
3-5 years of relevant experience in taxes,gained preferably in SSC environment, and who are proficient with European VAT regulations.Fluency in Englishis required, as well as working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel). Previous experience in leading a team or mentoring junior employees will be considered an asset.
