Your new company
On behalf of our Client, internationally recognized BSC Company in Tricity, we are currently looking for the Candidate who will hold the position of Tax Content Development Manager.
Your new role
The person holding this position will be responsible for developing and maintaining global tax compliance modules on our Client’s internal tax platform. You main duties will include managing development and working in partnership with country content owners and product specialists from abroad. You will be responsible for people management within development team and supporting and managing the career development of the team via objective setting, performance management, coaching and mentoring. What is more, the jobholder will work with country leads on agreeing timelines, managing scope, defining requirements, best practice and design, and implementation; allocate and schedule resources in line with the overall team, resolve conflict and prioritize projects to meet the needs of the business and manage 3rd line support escalated from the product support teams to ensure issues are resolved.
What you'll need to succeed
A successful Candidate will be an experienced tax professional of around 8 years (with 3 years supervisory experience) with practical experience in tax compliance, ideally across more than one country (alternatively experience in tax configuration of ERP systems or tax technology systems). You should possess strong project management skills with experience in working with international teams. Previous exposure to tax compliance in one of the following countries would be an advantage: UK, Ireland, The Netherlands, Belgium, France, Switzerland and Germany. Fluent English and interest in technology with a demonstrable knowledge of software systems, including Microsoft Excel (experience in producing complex calculations or models in Excel would be an advantage) is a must.
