TAS Content Advisor – Supervising Associate

This role serves as an internal knowledge management professional who will work as part of the Transaction Advisory Services Content Strategy and Sourcing team to manage and drive the coordination and execution of TAS Content Priorities. This role will report directly to the Global TAS Portfolio Content Lead, and will assist with execution of TAS content strategy via specific programs including: Content gap analyses; focused content collection activities; content metrics development, analysis, and reporting; SharePoint migration; and aged content archival.

The TAS Content Advisor will manage many facets of key content programs, and will develop and maintain appropriate relationships with key stakeholders from TAS practice and across the whole of EY Knowledge.

Essential functions of the job:

This position will manage assigned content projects to support execution against the TAS content strategy. Some examples of projects include:

• Content inventory and gap assessment: Map content in global tools to TAS strategic priorities; Identify gaps; Review quality
• Capture and share content: Identify content needs for priority sectors and communities and harvest needed content, by engaging in relevant TAS communities and Yammer groups
• Manage SharePoint content transition: Evaluate and re-align strategic TAS content to future SharePoint landscape whilst ensuring business continuity
• Manage TAS content lifecycle: Refresh and archive content in TAS global tools
• Innovation / Idea Jam: Manage the process and content to elevate ideas that drive new service offerings

Responsibilities:

• Be accountable for collaborating with and influencing key stakeholders results across countries, functional groups, and time zones, and with diverse teams and working styles
• Successfully prioritize competing challenges, manage multiple projects and stakeholders with varying perspectives simultaneously
• Work with the Portfolio Lead to establish plans and timelines, set priorities, and define metrics to measure progress and degrees of success
• Take initiative and be proactive in a fast-paced and highly challenging environment
• Quickly define and solve problems; escalate issues as appropriate to achieve success
• Be adept at managing conflict toward resolution
• Willing to challenge status quo using diplomacy as required
• Ability to collect, analyze, and present data in both detailed and executive formats to communicate program progress and facilitate decision making

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

• 6+ years related work experience
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills – including ability to display a range of communication approaches for diverse community needs
• Experience in implementing knowledge solutions to meet business objectives
• Advanced skills with MS Office tools, primarily Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; as well as Lotus Notes. Experience with MS SharePoint is a plus
• Experience with online research databases and websites, business information tools and corporate intranets
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Strong project management and coordination abilities
• Experience working in a knowledge management and/or management consulting role
• Strong project management skills
