erfahrene TRIM Pattern Developer

für die Personalvermittlung oder -überlassung oder für den Einsatz als Freiberufler (Freelancer).

Stellenbeschreibung:
 digitalgestützte Bezugsentwicklung und Erstellung von Schnittschablonen
 Unterstützung von Schaumentwicklungsaktivitäten
 Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards in Bezug auf Produktänderungsprozesse
 enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projekt TRIM Engineer zur Einhaltung des Programm-Zeitplans
 Unterstützung des Änderungsprozesses bezüglich der TRIM-Bezugsfreigaben und der Produktänderungen
 Zusammenarbeit mit TRIM- und JIT-Werk im Bereich der Prototypenfertigung und der Produktion von TRIM-Bezugsprodukten
 Mitarbeit im Bereich Visuelle Freigabe von Prototypen unserer Kunden

Wir suchen:
 Fachkräfte mit handwerklicher oder industrieller Ausbildung als Polsterer (w/m), Sattler (w/m), Sattler-Meister (w/m), Autosattler (w/m)
 Quereinsteiger aus den Bereichen des Schneiderhandwerks, der Innenausstattung sowie der Feintäschnerei mit relevanter Berufserfahrung in der Automotive-Branche

Sie bringen folgende Kenntnisse mit:
 mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Herstellung von Bezügen für Automobile und in der Schaumbearbeitung, Sitzentwicklung und -herstellung
 Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Herstellung für Prototypen sowie dem Zusammenbau von Autositzsystemen in der Produktion
 Erfahrung im Umgang mit Digitalisierungsprogrammen wie ASSYST; Gerber, Optitex
 gute Englischkenntnisse
 Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen, Serviceorientierung und ausge-prägte Teamfähigkeit
 eine eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

experienced TRIM Pattern Developer

for the personnel placement or personnel leasing or service as a freelancer.

Job Description:
 digitally based pattern development and production of cutting templates
 support for foam development activities
 adherence to quality standards in terms of product change processes
 close cooperation with the TRIM Project Engineer to comply with the program schedule
 support the change process with respect to the TRIM pattern approvals and the product changes
 cooperation with TRIM and JIT work in the field of prototyping and production of TRIM pattern products
 Cooperation in the field of Visual released prototypes of our customers

We are looking for:
 skilled workers with technical or industrial apprenticeship as an upholsterer (m/f), saddler (m/f), master saddler (m/f), car upholsterer (m/f)
 career changers from the fields of tailoring, interiors as well as the bag maker with relevant experience in the automotive industry

You have the following knowledge:
 several years of professional experience in the manufacture of covers for automobiles and in the foam processing, seat development and manufacturing
 Experience in the development and manufacture of prototypes and assembly of car seat systems in the production
 Experience with digitization programs such as ASSYST; Gerber, Optitex
 Good knowledge of English
 Excellent communication skills and assertiveness, service orientation and distinctive capacity for teamwork
