Our Client is an international company based in Kraków.
Your new role
Within this position you will be responsible for supporting company’s Talent Specialist with managing various processes in the area of logistics such as managing the bookings of all internal or external locations, including accommodation, logistics, facilities and materials for trainers, facilitators and participants that are required to roll out the curriculum of training programmes and courses.
Your duties will also focus on system administration, i.e. setting up programs and courses on the learning management system, managing training data to enable thorough participation and cancellation reporting
This position will also involve managing end-user inquires and ensuring that data is properly uploaded, updated and maintained in the system.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for candidates with fluent English (B2 level at least). The perfect candidate should be able to acquire new knowledge related to understanding the processes and new technology quickly. Meticulousness and adaptability are also required.
