For our Client, technology company, I am looking for the person for the position off: Recruitment Specialist.
The person on this position will be responsible for holistic recruitment processes in global area.
The duties on this position includes: building the pipeline of the candidates, sourcing candidates via different channels, e.g. social networking, job postings, employee referrals, etc. to ensure a robust candidate pipeline for open positions; screening and selecting potential employees, conducting F2F and phone interviews, cooperation with hiring managers, ensuring the staffing plans and candidate pipeline align to meet hiring goals.
If you have min. 4 year experience in recruitment area, fluent English, excellent networking abilities and communication skills, proactive and can-do attitude, excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills at all levels and cultures of the organization, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines and you are read to work on B2B - this job is for you !
