Recruiter / Rekruter
Location: WarszawaYour responsibilities:
• Work with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts
• Assist with both external and internal hiring efforts (internal recruitment meaning assessment of employees for different or more senior roles.)
• Develop recruitment strategy. This may include job-posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, digital and non-digital employment marketing and comprehensive recruitment campaign planning
• Participate in future talents needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talents pool or social engagements
• Manage the recruitment process and life cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers
• Counsel the candidates on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment
• Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers with hiring and employment data
• Use social media, job boards, internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs
• Manage Universities graduates recruiting programs (in the near future)
• Participate in employment events, such as career fairs
• Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process
Our requirements:
• Bachelor degree and above
• Experience in staffing across CEE
• Fluency in English is a must
• More than 3 - 4 years of relevant experience, preferably from recruitment companies, proven track record in direct search
• Practical knowledge of social media and ability to define and manage advertisement contents and job descriptions
• Experience in working and staffing at the mid and higher management level as well as specialists
• Process orientation, good interviewing skills, excellent communication skills
• Ability to independently manage key relationships to achieve results
• Drives for results, customer first, intellectual capacity
