HRO Personnel is a Human Resources service provider operating under number 6696. We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:
Talent Acquisition Officer
Localization: Kraków
Key Accountabilities:
• Searching / sourcing for candidates via direct advertising, job boards, social media and referrals,
• Ensuring that all data relevant to the recruitment process is accurately recorded using internal databases,
• Ensuring all processes and procedures are followed to meet legislative and internal quality and compliance requirements,
• Proactively working with the business managers to understand their recruitment needs; formulate sourcing strategy and delivering against same in line with business demands,
• Managing information flow amongst all the parties involved in recruitment process,
• Ensuring positive image of company brand amongst the candidates.
Requirements:
• Fluent English;
• University Degree in HR or a related field will be an asset;
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills;
• Experience in Recruitment will be an asset.
