Our Client is an international group of laboratories providing testing and support services to the pharmaceutical, food, environmental and FMCG industries. Currently we are looking for Candidates for position Talent Acquisition Consultant. Location Katowice.
On this role, you will assume responsibility for the entire recruitment process. Your role will be to work closely with Hiring Managers in Brussels or Luxemburg or France or Germany or Poland, to understand their immediate and future recruitment requirements, devise, develop and deliver candidate attraction strategies and effectively manage the talent pool of candidates. This will include conducting telephone interviews, short-listing appropriate candidates and managing the offer process whilst ensuring that the recruitment SLA’s are met.
We are looking for multilingual and dynamic professionals (English is a must, German or French would be an advantage) who are currently working in a staffing environment and wishing to progress.
