We are currently looking for candidates for the position of:
Support & Travel Agent - proficient in Sabre systems
Workplace: Kraków
Region Name: małopolskie
Responsibilities:
• Setting up the reservation system
• Setting up the control systems
• Back office integration
• Contact to corporate clients
• Support to the other agents
• Provide consulting by phone and email
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience with Sabre systems
• Experienced in ticketing, file finishing, queues, vendor contracts, refunds, exchanges and voids
• Working knowledge of systems – quality control, expense tools like SAP, online booking systems, scripts and back office integration
• Fluent English, spoken and written
