Smart Helpline, an International Company located in Kraków, Poland, serves Corporate Clients and Travel Agencies globally. We redefine managed travel through a combination of traditional and nontraditional strategies that provide hard-dollar savings, reporting, uncompromised service, reliability and transforming travel technologies to our clients who range from small businesses to multinational companies.

We are currently looking for candidates for the position of:

Support & Travel Agent - proficient in Sabre systems

Workplace: Kraków

Region Name: małopolskie

Responsibilities:

• Setting up the reservation system

• Setting up the control systems

• Back office integration

• Contact to corporate clients

• Support to the other agents

• Provide consulting by phone and email

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience with Sabre systems

• Experienced in ticketing, file finishing, queues, vendor contracts, refunds, exchanges and voids

• Working knowledge of systems – quality control, expense tools like SAP, online booking systems, scripts and back office integration

• Fluent English, spoken and written
