For our Client, international IT company with specialization in solutions for pharmaceutical companies located in Wrocław, we are looking for Support Engineer with English.
Your new role
Holding this position you will cooperate with other globally located (UK, US, Poland) Support teams in diagnosing and resolving reported issues. Moreover you will provide support for customers covering three time zones (on rota basis) working in a business hours. Additionally, You will have opportunity to undertake occasional travel to customer site and to the London office. Working on this position you will participate in a regular support telephone conferences with clients, and be responsible for maintaining active and excellent working relationship with customers.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful Candidate you need to hold a university degree and min. 2 years of experience in a customer application support role with excellent, proven customer relationship skills, and fluent English (both written and spoken). You must have very strong SQL skills, creating views, functions/procedures, understanding of performance problems, ability to understand/debug PL/SQL or T-SQL code, and be proficient with Windows.
Due to the shift hours resulting in working alone in the office you must have ability to work well individually without need for close supervision and you should poses methodical work approach and strong prioritisation skills.
Relevant candidate should poses ability to diagnose & address application issues, complex problem solving. Past experience in software development and familiarity with sample management operations/systems or other relevant life science/bio-pharmaceutical industry experience will be an asset. Ability to read and understand C# & .NET would be advantageous but not essential.
