THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional FMCG and Food organization, based in Noord-Holland Netherlands.
They have a well known brand of products and a long history in their industry.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
In the role of Supply Chain Planner you will support the overall supply chain for one of the companies branches. This is done in cooperation with multiple internal and external stakeholders such as sales, demand planning, suppliers, customers and much more. Due to the nature of the product this can be a complex and hectic environment where it is never a dull day.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You're responsible for the Supply Chain planning. In this role you give your best to create a smooth and well running Supply Chain for new products. This require you to communicate with different stakeholders, both internally and externally. Naturally logistics is also a part of this role, the demand planning team places orders, however you communicate further performance with them. Also you will be responsible for:
- Coaching the team of Demand planners
- Assisting the financial department with setting the budgets
- Setting KPI's and achieving them with your team!
REQUIREMENTS
- BSc degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management or similar
- At least 5 years of experience within Supply Chain with a preference towards the Food/FMCG industry
- Fluent in both English and Dutch
- And some Logistical experience as well as an analytical mindset
