ROLE DESCRIPTION
For this role you will be working within the Demand Planning team in order to perform the weekly distribution planning for different stock points and warehouses across Europe. Besides that you will support the planning and operational activities within the team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for weekly Distribution Requirements Planning
- Manage Finished Drug Product inventory at local stock points in Europe ensuring sufficient stock to prevent supply risks
- Create the stock transfer orders and coordinate timely shipment & delivery of products with external groups
- Daily inventory & sales monitoring
- Coordination with ABR Site Planning on timely release of production batches
- KPI Measurement and Continuous Improvement:
- KPI reporting (FDP inventory levels, Inventory Flash Report, Items with backorders) and identify improvement opportunities
- Contribute to operational excellence initiatives / process improvement projects
- Support the execution of product life cycle changes by managing inventory in close cooperation with Regional Operations Leads, Customer Service, and ABR Warehouse
- Inventory monitoring and tracking of SKU’s
- Manage batch condition records in SAP (create, monitor, and remove records) to ensure FEFO (First Expired First Out) supply to the market
- Planning master data maintenance & cleaning (SAP-ECC and RapidResponse)
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum requirements:
- Master’s degree in a related field
- 1-3 year professional experience in supply chain
- Fluent in English
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills (Excel, SAP)
Preferred Requirements
- Experience in highly regulated environment
- 3 years SAP-ECC experience (Plan-to-Stock)
- Kinaxis RapidResponse experience
