Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Gelderland Netherlands.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Supplier QA Manager is responsible for the quality of ingredients the company buys from its suppliers. As Supplier QA Manager, you will conduct audits, manage relations with both suppliers and the company's production sites. This position will include regular travel to suppliers in Europe, Latin America and Asia. This is a unique opportunity for QA specialists looking to make a second or third step in their career.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage supplier relations and ensuring that ingredients conform to quality standards.
- Conduct supplier audits.
- Handle questions and complaints from the production sites.
REQUIREMENTS
- HBO or University degree in Food Technology or similar.
- At least 2 years of experience with Quality Assurance in the food industry.
- Some experience with auditing, preferably as Lead Auditor.
- Fluency in English required; fluency in Dutch and/or Spanish is a plus.
- Willingness to travel regularly, both domestically and internationally (25-35%).
