Our client is a professional Biotechnology organization, based in Hessen Germany.
This is a young, fast growing company. The company has been nominated as the most innovative and fastest growing business in biotech.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The cliënt is looking for a QC Analyst with knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry. They are looking for someone with a bachelor in scientific or technical background. The day consists of three production shifts, your role is coaching the operators and writing reports.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Scheduling personnel
- Providing assistance in determining the size of the workforce
- Make sure that the production runs smoothly
- Solving problems within the production
- Personnel responsibilities for the employees
- Support qualification, validation, optimization of automated systems
- Work in projects to improve the production
REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge of biotechnology regulations (such as GxP, laws and instructions)
- Experience with qualified pharmaceutical production (technician)
- Experience within the laboratory (biology/chemistry)
- Technical skills and laboratory system skills
- Excellent communication in English and German
- GMP knowledge
