Our client is a professional Chemicals organization, based in Netherlands.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
Als Supervisor combineer je verantwoordelijkheden op maintenance en werkvoorbereiding vlak. In samenwerking met het Maintenance department zul je rapporteren aan de Maintenance Manager. Het totale team van de technische dienst bestaat uit 50 specialisten, waarvan 4 supervisors.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Opstellen en onderhouden van onderhoudsplannen.
- Werkvoorbereiding voor maintenance orders.
- Beheren van preventieve onderhoudsconcepten.
- Sturen op verbeteringsvoorstellen in de organisatie.
- Begeleiden van team, technici en engineers.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor in Werktuigbouwkunde, Elektrotechniek of gerelateerd.
- 2-4 jaar ervaring in een eerdere maintenance positie.
- Ervaring met leidinggeven is een plus.
- Kennis van onderhoudsconcepten en verbeteringen.
- Ervaring in de chemische industrie is een must.
- Leergierige mentaliteit en de drang om van alles op de hoogte te zijn.
