At the moment we are looking for:

- Incident, Problem and change management (related to Maintainability and Control)
- Ensures, manages and optimizes the technical quality, maintainability, compliance and interfaces of services within the EMEA time zone area
- Consultant- Acts as and is regarded as an SME authority for Hosting Tower and will be assigned to one of the IS services
- Accountable for managing the technical quality, maintainability of application/ infrastructure and interfaces
- Initiates proactive and reactive service improvements to ensure the quality of operational processes delivered by internal and external suppliers
- Facilitates IS Supply in incident and problem management by acting as single point of contact at the functional/tactical level
- Budgets and monitors financial resources required to realize application/infrastructure quality, maintainability and compliance
- Conducts system tests and accepts/rejects deliverables based on technical specifications, and supports the business with execution of End User Acceptance tests
- Deeply understanding of meeting the accountabilities listed in the ‘tasks’ section for this position
- Competence in spoken and written English
- Cultural awareness and the ability to work in a complex, multicultural and global team
- Experience of managing IS Hosting Services
- Will be required to periodically work shifts incorporating either an early start or late finish
- Previous experience of managing supplier performance is preferred
- BSc with 4+ years of experience
