We are looking for Dutch speakers with various level of language (from upper-intermediate to native) who want to utilize their language skills and interact with Clients on a daily basis. Currently in our center in Katowice (Poland) we have a number of positions open in the field of Order Management and also Finance and Accounting. General role overview
You will be responsible for delivering a high quality customer service to the Client and perform tasks in line with the written procedures. You will have a daily contact with the Client and Vendors via phone or email and also analyze the documentation related to either Order Management or Finance and Accounting. As a part of a team you will be working closely with other team members in order to analyze the root cause of the problems and identify potential process improvements.
Candidate’s profile
- Good command of Dutch (min. B2)
- Communicative command of English (min. B1)
- Demonstrate interest to develop in Order Management or Finance and Accounting field
- Customer oriented
- Good interpersonal skills and proactive approach
