Job description:
- The successful candidate will be supporting HR Team in the area of recruitment or training delivery.
Key responsibilities:
- searching for the candidates using a variety of tools (advertisements, direct search via social media, networking, employer branding activities)
- prescreening of the candidates matching required profiles
- administrative tasks connected with hiring new employees or training delivery
- preparing training materials
- reporting on the progress of certain projects
- participation in employer branding activities
Skills required
- Excellent command of English (at least C1),
- Ability to work at least 20h/week
- Strong business awareness
- Working knowledge of MS Office package, especially Excel
- “Can do” attitude, excellent communication skills and creativity
