We work for HOME CREDIT - a leading mass market consumer finance provider, within Central and Eastern Europe, the Commonwealth of Independent States and Asia.The business is expanding and as a result we have a requirement for a CFO in Philippines/India/Belarus.
The CFO will be accountable for providing strategic finance direction and guidance to the CEO, Headquarters and all operating divisions so as to support the management and development of the business. The main purpose of the role is setting up a new business and the processes and being responsible for the entire finance function covering the following areas: accounting, reporting, planning and analysis, control and funding.
The CFO will be responsible for
- building the finance team and subsequently lead, supporting, coaching and developing the team so as to maximise the performance and potential of all staff
- dealing with and manage relations with external parties such as auditors, accountants, advisors and investors
- setting up the processes and be responsible for the entire facility department
The ideal Candidate will have at least 3 years experience in consumer finance/financial services area as a CFO and start-up experience as well as university degree in Finance or Economics. Experience in managing at least 10 people is essential. Fluent English written and spoken is a must (at least C1) for India and Philippines. Fluent Russian and English written and spoken is a must for Belarus.
Excellent analytical, mathematical and people management skills are virtue. Hand-on approach and leadership skills are required.
