A person at this position will focus on coordinating the staffing processes inside the company.

Description
- Working closely with the HR Manager and the Board to achieve optimum results and drive the recruitment agenda
- Working with other functions to incorporate vacations, trainings and flexible working models in capacity management
- Continuously monitor staffing rules, processes and tools and propose improvements when needed
- Preparing and attending the weekly staffing meeting
- Communicating staffing decisions
- Drawing staffing scenarios for projects and proposals, considering business needs, staff developments areas, business interests and staffing rules
- Regularly meeting with members of the Consulting Team to understand their staffing needs and preferences, and advise them on upcoming projects
- Liaising with international branches to assist with international staffing requests and international collaboration model
- Ensuring appropriate reporting
- Supporting the outplacement and transition processes
- Designing and developing new systems and processes to support evolving business needs
- Supporting related communication and related topics at all local office meetings
- Taking on special projects
Profile
- University degree
- At least 5-6 years of experience, preferably in the international context in HR field- recruitment and staff development
- Experience in project management
- Strong communication skills in Polish and English
- Persuasiveness, assertiveness, and results orientation
- Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- A sharp analytical mind
