Based on our dynamic growth and key Client contract wins, Hays has current requirements for experienced Staffing Consultants, who will provide on-site and off-site staffing activities for a key Fortune 100 company through a European RPO account.
Working in the position of Staffing Consultant you will assume responsibility for the entire recruitment process. Your role will be towork closely with Hiring Managers to understand their immediate and future recruitment requirements, devise, develop and deliver candidate attraction strategies and effectively manage the talent pool of candidates. This will include conducting telephone interviews, short-listing appropriate candidates and managing the offer process whilst ensuring that the recruitment SLA’s are met.

We are looking formultilingual and dynamic professionals who are currently working in a staffing environment and wishing to progress into a key client management role.

As you will be responsible for pan-European recruitment projects, you need to be fluent in English and Dutch.Additional European languages would be advantageous. In addition you will need to be a confident communicator who can build up excellent relationships with candidates and clients.
