For our Client, a new international Financial Centre located in Szczecin, we are currently looking for Team Leaders:
SSC Team Lead Accounts Receivable
SSC Team Lead General Accounting / Fixed Assets
Your main tasks are:
Ensure timely and accurate processing of all Accounts Receivable (SSC Team Lead Accounts Receivable) or General Accounting / Fixed Assets (SSC Team Lead General Accounting / Fixed Assets) transactions for assigned team in accordance with performance and quality standards defined in relevant service level agreements.
Your key responsibilities are:
Responsible for the monitoring and leading an assigned Accounts Receivable or General
Accounting / Fixed Assets team.
Ensure the understanding and compliant service delivery across the company of agreed policies and procedures by team members.
Understand service level agreements and key performance indicators for Accounts Receivable or GeneralAccounting / Fixed Assets related business processes.
Contribute to the maintenance and updating of Accounts Receivable or General Accounting / Fixed Assets processes and procedures.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of Accounts Receivable or General Accounting / Fixed Assets data, such as customer invoices, customer statements and credit notes processed by team members.
Supports team members to achieve performance and quality standards as defined in relevant service level agreements.
Provide technical guidance and support to the team members as required.
Assistant in the implementation of initiatives for improving the efficiency and/or effectiveness of the Accounts Receivable or General Accounting / Fixed Assets transaction processing.
Resolve customer queries and complaints related to Accounts Receivable or General Accounting / Fixed Assets processes as specified by relevant service level agreements and escalating queries and complaints.

What we expect from our perfect candidate:
University degree / BSc in Economics or Business Administration with major in accounting.
Professional certification such as a CPA or a CMA is an advantage.
Proven knowledge of finance and accounting processes and process improvements.
Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Second, third language is advantage.
Over 5 years experience in Accounts Receivable or General Accounting / Fixed Assets. (Ideally in a SSC).
Proven experience in supervising a team within Accounts Receivable or General Accounting / Fixed Assets processes in a complex and international business environment (ideally wholesale or retail industry).
Candidate’s personal qualities:
