SSC Service Performance Analyst
Miejsce pracy: ŁódźThe major provider of information about end-to-end process performance, and therefore drives informed management decision making, issue identification, issue resolution and transparency. Consequently is a facilitator for overall project success and continuous improvement initiatives.
Will also distribute information to other relevant stakeholders to obtain transparency and assurance about end-to-end process execution
Key responsibilities:
- Creating, consolidating, tracking and distributing KPIs relevant for service execution and service quality
- Day to day Creation, collection and monitoring performance SLA’s for distribution to involved parties
- Support KPI reporting by implementing new requirements based on business needs
- Day to day issue resolution, process and quality improvement
- Providing data used to drive changes to information management systems
- Monitoring of all operational inbox’s received where applicable
- Provide necessary support for country service reviews
- Support Service Management team activities where required
- Collect necessary data and inputs for all KPI reporting
- Data extraction for all KPI Reporting
Requirements:
- Relevant experience
- Fluent in English
- Microsoft Office with emphasis on good Excel Skills
- SAP knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work within a team or independently
- Ability to work remote with other locations
- Proactivity and attention to details
