Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Zuid-Holland Netherlands.
The company is one of the largest players in the Ingredients industry, supplying their products to the food industry but also pharmaceutical industry. The company is a large multinational with multiple locations world-wide. The company is currently growing fast.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The company is currently looking for one of the site, which is located in Zuid-Holland. The site has around +/-100FTE and is producing ingredients B2B. The Site Manager is overall responsible for production, quality, supply chain, engineering& maintenance, human resources and project management.
The Site Manager is directly responsible for motivating his/her team at the site, and has 7 direct reports. The Site Manager directly reports to the Operations Director. As the Site Manager you have strong communication skills and are a real people manager. The Site Manager is responsible for motivating site and make sure the processen run efficient.

-Motivating and coaching team
-Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering & Maintenance and HR
-Project Management
-Directly reporting to the Operations Director
REQUIREMENTS
-At least 10 years of experience in a management position in the (food)ingredients
-Minimum Bachelordegree in foodtechnology or something similar
-People Manager: strong communication skills
-Experience in leading larger groups
-Experience in the B2Bsector
-Fluently Dutch & English
