Sr. ServiceNow Developer

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to configure and develop solutions in an expanding ServiceNow environment. You will work with the ServiceNow functional and admin teams in the design, development and implementation of ServiceNow applications.

You will be responsible for:

Development of ServiceNow software solutions

Design and delivery of customized portal web pages in ServiceNow

Working with functional and admin teams to deliver automated workflow solutions.

Advanced scripting of business rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, ACLs, Workflow Activities, etc.

Advise functional and admin teams on design, development and best practices

3+ years of JavaScript experience (jQuery, Bootstrap and AngularJS, HTML, CSS, SASS);

3+ years of ServiceNow experience in enterprise domain;

Participation in the full software development life cycle: Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing and promotion into Production;

Experience implementing and customizing a web architected, n-tiered enterprise applications;

Relational database expertise (Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL, etc.);

Knowledge of system design and development (SOAP, WSDL, JAXWS);
Strong knowledge of Web 2.0 Technologies (XML, HTML, AJAX, Jelly, CSS, PERL scripting, etc.);

Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow integration using LDAP, MS Active;

Strong knowledge of ITIL v3 methodologies, ITSM concepts, enterprise IT architecture, relational databases;

ITIL certifications a plus;

Strong core knowledge of ITIL processes;

Good analytical and problem solving skills to resolve technical issues;
