Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Flandre Orientale Belgium.
B2C Food company growing and looking for Sr. talent with Strategic and operational experience.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Reporting directly to the Plant Director and having 5 quality specialist reporting to you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Translate the requirements, knowledge and experience regarding safety and quality.
- Monitoring government aims to ensure the safety and quality.
- Translate quality & safety objectives into concrete actions.
- Continuously improve the quality and adjusts based on audit outcome.
- Implement correctly and uniformly the agreements, rules and standards.
- Responsible for training quality in the different departments of the company.
- Assist in key audits to clarify the group rules and QA organization.
REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant bachelor/master education technology orientated.
- 6-10 years of relevant experience in the food industry.
- Experience with project management in a production environment.
- Know people to move and motivate.
- Knowledge of ISO, HACCP, GMP, BRC, IFS etc.
