ROLE DESCRIPTION
In this role you will be the expert on Quality System & Audits, Training, Quality culture, Performance. Beautiful senior role! Salary around 80.000 excl. bonus.
Important aspects in this role are Influencing skills , building coalitions and communities, driving quality requirements and standards and be pro-active and have a continuous improvement mindset.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the quality system for business quality processes, assuring compliance with latest Food Safety requirements
- Organizing audits globally with the business units, so you will launch new quality processes with the quality business managers
- Driving Continuous Improvement to meet quality excellence standards and implement best practices with business functions as supply chain, sales, marketing and regulatory.
- Performance reporting and analysis to drive quality improvement with the business quality managers and factory quality teams.
- Engage the global business quality manager community to facilitate quality culture, organizational learning & training.
- Work with external auditing companies to assure quality standards
- Work with IT team on quality requirements for new tools and applications
REQUIREMENTS
- Master degree in Food, Pharma or some form of Engineering
- Min. 10 years of quality experience, 5 years leading a team
- Experience in cross functional working
